Under the leadership of Josh Barney and the SEAT executive team, SEAT Charlotte 2026 brought together a community focused on the future of sports and entertainment technology. SEAT set the vision, program, relationships, and ambition for the event. RADAR joined as a collaborative production partner to help bring that vision to life.
The partnership began well before attendees arrived. Working alongside the SEAT team, RADAR helped shape a production approach that supported the experience across planning, live execution, and the content that would remain afterward. The goal was not to replace what made SEAT distinctive, but to strengthen the event around it with greater consistency, polish, and production support.
Together, the teams elevated the presentation and operating rhythm of the conference while preserving SEAT’s voice and ownership. After the event, RADAR completed a library of 29 captioned session videos, giving SEAT useful content that could continue serving its community beyond the live program.
The work reflects an ongoing partnership. SEAT leads the event and its community; RADAR helps the team turn that vision into a strong live and lasting experience.
